Check out our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***ACTIVITIES*** * Manage logistics operations at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring company procedures are implemented. **Manager Responsibilities:** * Monitor macro-level performance and develop work teams; * Promote synergy between the logistics department and other company areas; * Drive process automation through implementation of new technologies and routines, aiming to make management more agile and dynamic; * Manage administrative and budgetary resources within the department; * Size and structure the team; * Disseminate the company’s organizational culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***REQUIREMENTS*** ***Required*** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or Business Administration (in progress); * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics management. ***Preferred*** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or Business Administration; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a logistics manager. ***Required Skills*** * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, systemic vision, entrepreneurial mindset, analytical ability, leadership, and conflict management. ***Preferred Skills*** * WMS, ERP, KPIs, Transportation Regulations; * Ability to perform effectively under pressure. **Additional Information** ***WORK HOURS*** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; ***BENEFITS*** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance On-site Meal Day Off Career Development Path Educa Damásio Program Growth Opportunities **We have been operating in the motorcycle parts distribution sector for over 55 years, currently present nationwide through our representatives and in 13 Brazilian states via our distributors.
