**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Control inventory of **custom-built furniture** using management systems such as **ERP**, ensuring record accuracy.
* Perform inspection and organization of received and stored products, ensuring item integrity.
* Carry out picking and preparation of furniture for shipment according to work orders and schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels and request preventive replenishment to avoid stockouts and production delays.
* Record material receipts and withdrawals in the system, maintaining updated data for inventory analysis.
* Apply **quality control** techniques to identify potential damages or discrepancies in custom-built furniture.
* Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize material flow and reduce delivery times.
* Participate in continuous improvement of inventory processes, proposing solutions to increase operational efficiency.
* Communicate\-with suppliers to align delivery timelines and ensure availability of required components.
* Contribute to end-customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of custom-built furniture.
* Conduct inventory counts
**Requirements:** **?? Mandatory Requirements**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields, or possessing equivalent practical experience.
* Solid hands-on experience in inventory control and organization for custom-built furniture.
* Familiarity with digital tools for order and delivery tracking and registration.
* Ability to handle and inspect materials with attention to technical details.
* Strong organizational skills and proactivity to ensure efficient inventory flow.
* Teamwork ability and assertive communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
* Commitment to deadlines and quality service.
