Job Summary: A Helper responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of goods, organizing the DC, and providing general logistical support to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ethical and growth-oriented work environment We are seeking a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods alongside trucks and to assist in organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in collections and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods collected directly from customers. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to the responsible parties and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from branches, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC areas and maintain clean, orderly storage locations and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed elementary education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food allowance PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and Salary Plan Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) “Pacotinho de Amor” (maternity kit) Birthday day off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
