Experience as an industrial machine operator **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for managing performance indicators in the bottling area; * Responsible for recruitment, termination, and team management of supervisors involved in bottling and loading of industrialized products, ensuring activity quality, while considering raw material supply and proper use of machinery and equipment. **Requirements:** * Experience leading teams and managing production processes; * Experience as an industrial machine operator; * Flexible working hours; * Strong communication skills; knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S is a plus.
