All our job openings are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email, in person, or by escalating issues to the corporate IT department when necessary; * Maintain and monitor the operation of servers, network equipment, and communication links located at the branch, using an automated monitoring tool (Opmon) and daily on-site visual inspections; * Act preventively and/or reactively upon detecting failures or interruptions in any IT service; * Perform preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure equipment and installations; * Provide users with IT services and resources supporting the company’s business processes, through installation and/or configuration of IT systems and equipment, subject to prior authorization; * Obtain quotations for purchasing equipment and services by contacting suppliers; * Facilitate departmental management by maintaining existing internal controls and implementing new ones; * Monitor the quantity of reserve IT equipment by tracking controls and performing visual stock checks, considering the total number of active equipment ("in production"); * Participate in the design and execution of IT projects involving the branch, by carrying out project-related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; * Knowledge of Windows and end-user application installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Basic knowledge of networks and servers; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational/Development Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; **Working Hours**: 5:00 PM to 2:12 AM **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Cuiabá\-MT We are the **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, delivering customer solutions focused on patients and consumers, formed by major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
