If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Mentoring and developing the team; * Monitoring the unit’s strategic indicators; * Providing fiscal and legal support for the business unit, collaborating with corporate legal, tax, institutional, and controller areas; * Managing Access Control and Asset Security (Reception and Security) to ensure company access and security policies; * Supporting cafeteria management; * Managing the HTR team (hiring, termination, training, banked hours, benefits); * Participating in internal audits and ensuring inventory control. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency with database systems; * Experience in people management; * Availability for travel. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency with SAP and LG systems. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine, covering multiple specialties including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
