Plan, manage, and control the company's entire supply chain—from demand planning and inventory level management to warehousing, material handling, and distribution to internal customers—ensuring material and product availability to meet demand, avoiding costs arising from excesses or shortages, and securing optimization of departmental costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Timely report to immediate supervisor all aspects related to one's position/department, supporting decision-making with data and information. * Propose and/or promote continuous improvements in processes and activities within one's area of responsibility. * Uphold and disseminate Scheffer’s mission, philosophy, policies, and objectives. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety rules and procedures during all activities, using the required PPE. * Perform other related or inherent duties associated with the role, as directed by the supervisor. * Maintain organization, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, workplace, instruments, and materials used. * Maintain confidentiality of any information received or handled that is intrinsic to the role or business, ensuring full confidentiality of all known information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in cost reduction and service level improvement projects within the supply chain. * Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management. * Proficiency in Inventory Management (ABC analysis, inventory policies, inventory calculations, turnover, etc.). * Experience in operations including Distribution Centers. * Knowledge of route management. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in budget and cost management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis). * Intermediate/advanced inventory management skills. * Class “B” driver’s license mandatory. * Willingness to travel frequently. **Additional Information** **We offer benefits including:** * Health insurance; * Bonus; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub.
