




Job Summary: This role supports HR activities including recruitment, selection, document verification, payroll assistance, benefit administration, new hire integration, and general administrative support. Provide support for HR administrative activities Description: * Assist in candidate recruitment and selection activities. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews. * Verify documents required for hiring. * Support payroll closing (time tracking, overtime, deductions). * Manage and distribute pay slips. * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.). * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Provide support for administrative activities of the Human Resources department. * Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection procedures. * Experience in customer service and interpersonal communication. * Skill in organization and document management. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
