Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or Accounting Description: * Work toward achieving established goals while managing costs and expenses to ensure productivity and efficiency. * Handle all metrics and information confidentially, complying with applicable legislation, internal regulations, and principles of public administration. * Participate in administrative meetings to analyze results and monitor demands, supporting the implementation of the strategic plan. * Maintain integrated communication with other departments to comply with the Institution’s policies, regulations, and procedures. * Exhibit behaviors aligned with the Institution’s expectations, safeguarding its values and INVEST MT’s image. * Assist colleagues with related tasks to achieve established objectives. * Stay updated on changes and innovations in procurement and contracting through courses, seminars, conferences, or trade fairs. * Safeguard the Institution’s assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and resources. * Uphold ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace, protecting one’s own reputation and that of INVEST MT. * Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, promoting cooperation and camaraderie. * Ensure the maintenance, organization, and proper functioning of equipment and institutional assets. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Execute procurement and bidding processes in accordance with Law No. 14\.133/2021 and internal regulations. * Prepare bidding notices and terms of reference in coordination with requesting departments. * Manage supplier contracts, monitoring validity periods, values, and deadlines. * Execute partnership and sponsorship agreements, fulfilling legal requirements, deadlines, and selection criteria. * Control documentation and records to ensure traceability and audit readiness. Requirements: * Academic qualification: Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of English and Spanish. **Desired technical skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Investment prospecting and analysis; * Competitiveness studies and project development; * Strategic planning and territorial development; * Contract management, including preparation of Terms of Reference; * Recordkeeping and archiving of procurement processes, with full mastery of Law No. 14\.133/2021 (New Public Procurement and Contracting Law). * Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Procurement Management, Administrative Law, or related areas.
