**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours per week).

* Work toward achieving established goals while managing costs and expenses to ensure productivity and efficiency.
* Handle all metrics and information confidentially, complying with current legislation, internal regulations, and principles of public administration.
* Participate in administrative meetings to analyze results and monitor demands, supporting the implementation of the strategic plan.
* Maintain integrated communication with other departments to comply with the Institution's policies, regulations, and procedures.
* Uphold the behaviors expected by the Institution, preserving its values and the image of INVEST MT.
* Assist colleagues with related tasks to achieve established objectives.
* Stay updated on changes and innovations in the administrative and management fields through courses, seminars, conferences, or trade fairs.
* Safeguard the Institution's assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and resources.
* Maintain ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace, protecting one's own image and that of INVEST MT.
* Foster good relationships with coworkers, promoting cooperation and camaraderie.
* Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of equipment and institutional assets.
* Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
* Carry out administrative routines, managing documents, reports, and supporting internal processes.
* Administer contracts from an administrative perspective, serving as the primary contact point for suppliers, institutional partners, and service providers.
* Assist in preparing documents and records for accountability reporting.
* Manage employee functional lifecycles, maintaining up-to-date records and promoting integration and training.
* Draft and monitor partnership and cooperation agreements, identifying involved parties, resources, and legal and operational risks.
* Safeguard the Agency's assets, ensuring appropriate use of resources and preservation of institutional property.
**Requirements:**
* Academic qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Public Management, Technologist in Managerial Processes, or related fields.
**Desired Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Administrative management;
* Administrative processes and routines;
* Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
* Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Business Management, Public Administration, Administrative Law, or related fields.
