Responsibilities: * Create and develop marketing strategies to promote our products/services * Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns * Analyze campaign performance metrics and results * Manage social media and produce content to engage the target audience * Collaborate with design and communications teams to ensure brand consistency Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields * Prior marketing experience is desirable, preferably in construction materials companies * Knowledge of data analysis tools and marketing metrics * Ability to work effectively in teams and efficiently manage projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
