Responsibilities: * Prepare and monitor the hotel’s budget * Analyze and interpret financial reports * Manage cash flow and financial forecasts * Supervise the accounting and treasury teams * Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures * Set financial goals and objectives * Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions Requirements: * Prior experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar position * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Knowledge of preparing and analyzing financial reports * Leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to make strategic decisions for the company’s financial success
