Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to work in the bakery department, providing support in controlling and ensuring the quality of manufactured products. Key Highlights: 1. Support in product quality control and assurance. 2. Monitoring of production processes and quality standards. 3. Filling out spreadsheets and reporting non-conformities. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Objective:** We are seeking a Quality Assistant to work in the bakery department, providing support in controlling and ensuring the quality of manufactured products. The professional will be responsible for monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with company-established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Measure bread (weight, size, and established standard); * Verify product quality (appearance, texture, color, and standard); * Ensure standardization of bread size and shape; * Analyze dough mixing (checking time, intervals, and consistency); * Time dough mixing operations according to defined standards; * Monitor intervals between production processes; * Fill out quality control spreadsheets and records; * Report non-conformities to the department supervisor; Assist in organizing and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in bakeries, food industry, or quality control is desirable; * Basic knowledge of quality control and Good Manufacturing Practices; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Proficiency in filling out spreadsheets and maintaining records. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment; * Responsibility; * Organization; * Proactivity; * Teamwork. **Location:** Várzea Grande/MT \- Jardim Paula I **Benefits:** Lunch on site, breakfast and afternoon coffee at the cafeteria, attendance bonus, transportation allowance
