If you are also passionate about empowering lives, join us! **Mission of the Bilingual Supervisor** Supervise, guide, and evaluate the implementation of the Bilingual Pedagogical Project to ensure learning development with autonomy and responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection of teachers; * Manage, develop, and guide the teaching team by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative environment; * Conduct periodic meetings and pedagogical supervision; * Develop assessments/exams and ensure methodology adherence; * Manage class replacements and integration across educational segments; * Lead training sessions and provide support to students/families; * Communicate pedagogical projects to parents. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Portuguese/English Language Teaching, or related fields; * Fluent English; * Significant teaching experience, preferably in a bilingual setting; * Experience in coordination, supervision, or educational management roles. **Skills:** * Verbal and written communication skills in both languages; * Leadership to motivate, inspire, and develop teachers; * Resilience to face challenges and solve problems; * Ability to efficiently manage resources and deadlines; * Flexibility to adapt to changes and innovations in the educational environment. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or extension course in Bilingual Education or related field; * Experience in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education; * International certification will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** * Workload: 44 hours/week * Work Location: Master Alvorada School (Cuiabá - MT) * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Present in Mato Grosso, we are the school responsible for educating, supporting, and shaping conscious citizens, ensuring access to language, history, and scientific and social knowledge.
