Support internal committees in decision-making and corrective actions We are seeking a **Compliance Analyst** to ensure compliance with internal policies, legislation, and corporate policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive, triage, and prioritize reports/complaints according to severity, risk, and urgency criteria (including the principle of immediacy). * Conduct internal investigations involving potential violations of internal policies, ethics, fraud, harassment, corruption, conflicts of interest, operational deviations, or illegal conduct, ensuring confidentiality, impartiality, and traceability of evidence. * Collect, analyze, and correlate documentary, digital, and testimonial evidence while ensuring chain of custody. * Conduct investigative interviews using recognized methodologies. * Maintain formal records of investigative processes, ensuring confidentiality, traceability, and compliance with LGPD. * Prepare clear, objective, fact-based technical reports with disciplinary and/or structural recommendations where applicable. * Support internal committees (Compliance, Legal, HR, Occupational Safety, Audit) in decision-making and follow-up on corrective actions. * Use whistleblower management systems and corporate research tools (ERP, BI, logs, operational history, etc.). * Contribute to improvements in processes, policies, and integrity programs. * Monitor adherence to internal compliance policies, standards, and procedures, internal controls, and corporate integrity. * Conduct compliance testing and audits in critical processes. * Prepare technical reports and presentation of results, including recommendations for mitigation and enhancement of controls. * Support communication campaigns and training on ethics, compliance, and integrity. * Map regulatory and operational risks, proposing preventive actions and policy reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or Business Administration; Postgraduate degree in Compliance and/or Auditing and/or Governance and/or Risk Management is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of relevant legislation; Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** On-site meals; Food basket; Meal allowance; Gas allowance; Health insurance (Unimed, 50% covered); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and compensation plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday day off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
