This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we handle, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing acquired from participation in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, corridors, reception areas, common areas, kitchenettes, restrooms, and other company premises. * Carry out sanitation and disinfection of restrooms, including replenishment of toilet paper, soap, towels, and other consumables. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchenette: countertops, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, utensils, tables, trash bins, etc. * Collect and properly dispose of general waste, complying with internal regulations and safety standards. * Sweep, wash, vacuum, and dry floors, rugs, and carpets according to instructions. * Clean windows, doors, furniture, external equipment (where applicable), and other surfaces. * Organize and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, monitoring usage and reporting replenishment needs. * Store cleaning products safely, with proper labeling and in accordance with usage and safety guidelines. * Maintain cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.), requesting maintenance when necessary. * Address ad-hoc requests for organizing spaces for meetings, trainings, and internal events. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, use of PPEs, and internal company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in general services, cleaning, or maintenance roles. * Basic understanding of proper usage of chemical cleaning products. * Basic knowledge of waste segregation (general waste, recyclables, etc.). * Basic knowledge of workplace hygiene and safety standards. * Harmonious collaboration with colleagues and other departments, contributing to shared goals. * Organization and attention to detail in task execution. * Ability to follow routines, checklists, and work instructions. * Understanding of task prioritization. **Additional Information** On-site mode Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 22 years in the market, operating exclusively in the public sector, partnering with state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.
