Maintain control and organization of purchase orders and suppliers JOB OBJECTIVE: To plan and execute the company's procurement process, ensuring process organization, purchase order control, and efficient communication with suppliers, thereby guaranteeing adequate operational supply. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Issue and monitor purchase orders 2\. Update control spreadsheets and systems 3\. Maintain updated price lists 4\. Verify received invoices and purchase orders 5\. Monitor delivery deadlines 6\. Organize departmental documents and files 7\. Keep supplier registrations up to date 8\. Support internal demands related to delivery/installation processes 9\. Conduct strategic negotiations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers EDUCATION: Completed high school (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable) EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in procurement required.
