Ideal for organized professionals with attention to detail. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Analyze and record incoming invoices, ensuring tax and accounting compliance; Verify and validate supplier, product, and CFOP registrations prior to recording; Perform tax entries in the Senior ERP system; Organize and group tax documents, forwarding\-them to the finance department's payment folder; Generate purchase contracts according to transactions performed; Record expenses without invoices (bills); Monitor the volume of received invoices, ensuring entries are made as soon as invoices are issued; Request suppliers to submit necessary documents and information to enable accurate tax recording. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience with tax routines and recording of incoming invoices; Knowledge of invoice types; Knowledge of ICMS, PIS, and COFINS CST codes; Knowledge of CFOP and NCM codes; Basic understanding of tax and accounting legislation; Ability to handle large volumes of tax documents; Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with the Senior ERP system; Experience in companies with high volumes of invoices; Knowledge of accounts payable routines integrated with tax processes; Courses or training in the tax field. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Salary negotiable; Meal allowance; Group life insurance; Statewide Unimed health plan \- 50% subsidy; **Work Location:** ---------------------- EBL
