The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering classes and monitoring students' progress, applying innovative teaching methodologies and contributing to a dynamic and stimulating learning environment. **Responsibilities:** \- Facilitate in-person classes following the Supera curriculum and adapting it as needed to meet individual student needs. \- Assess student progress through direct observation, tests, and other evaluation tools, providing constructive feedback and developing personalized learning plans. \- Collaborate with other educators and coordinators to continuously develop and improve teaching materials and instructional strategies. \- Participate in professional training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best educational practices and teaching methodologies. **Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Physical Education, or related fields. \- Prior classroom or educational environment experience. \- Excellent oral and written communication skills. \- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. \- Flexibility and adaptability to diverse learning styles and student needs.
