Implementation of people management processes and indicators Position: Senior DP/HR Manager Contract Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Location: Cuiabá – MT Working Hours: Flexible business hours Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: * Company car * Paid year-end leave Main Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for structuring and consolidating corporate and field HR, managing Human Resources, labor and union relations, payroll department data handling and management, recruitment and selection, organizational development, as well as implementing people management processes and indicators. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Law * Experience managing HR in companies with over 200 employees * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial * Experience in union relations and collective bargaining * Experience in decentralized or multi-unit operations * Experience implementing HR processes and indicators * ERP knowledge, preferably TOTVS * Proficiency in computer applications * Willingness to travel Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualifications: * Law, Bachelor’s Degree * Psychology, Bachelor’s Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Category B Willingness to travel
