Implementation of people management processes and indicators Position: Senior DP/HR Manager Contract Type: PJ (Independent Contractor) Location: Cuiabá – MT Working Hours: Flexible business hours Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: * Company car * Paid year-end leave Main Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for structuring and consolidating corporate and field HR, handling HR management, labor and union relations, payroll data handling and management, recruitment and selection, organizational development, as well as implementation of people management processes and indicators. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Law * Experience in HR management in companies with over 200 employees * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial * Experience in union relations and collective bargaining * Experience in decentralized operations or multi-unit organizations * Experience implementing HR processes and indicators * ERP knowledge, preferably TOTVS * Proficiency in computer applications * Willingness to travel Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Law, Bachelor’s Degree * Psychology, Bachelor’s Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License Category: B Willingness to travel
