Job Summary: The Store Supervisor is responsible for supervising teams, organizing the store, monitoring targets, managing inventory, training staff, and resolving operational issues. Supermarket seeks a Store Supervisor in Várzea Grande (Centro Norte). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate cashier, warehouse, restocking, and customer service teams. Ensure the store is organized, clean, and fully stocked with products on shelves. Monitor sales targets, revenue, and performance indicators. Manage inventory by verifying incoming and outgoing merchandise. Train, guide, and motivate staff to promote strong performance and engagement. Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and internal conflicts. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company procedures. Prepare work schedules and assign tasks among employees. Conduct meetings and communicate directives from management or executive leadership. Monitor financial reports, losses, and store inventory. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
