We are a reference in jeanswear and fashion and are present in the main commercial hubs of Brazil's Central-North region. We are seeking people for the position of STORE MANAGER. **Responsibilities and Duties:** As a Store Manager, you will: * Be responsible for MANAGING, opening/closing the store. * Be cheerful, youthful-spirited, and welcoming. * Build and create customer delight. * Be an EXTRAORDINARY person to create an EXTRAORDINARY environment. * Ensure execution of operational procedures, inventory, products, store organization, and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards. * Select, hire, train, and develop new employees. * Manage performance and ensure achievement of goals and KPIs. * Be highly results-oriented.
