The Commercial Engineering \- Analyst is responsible for operating at the interface between engineering and sales, ensuring that technical proposals meet customer needs and promote the company's products and services. This professional plays a critical role in developing commercial and technical proposals, clarifying inquiries, and managing the sales cycle, with a strong focus on results and goals. **Education and Experience** * **Completed Bachelor's Degree** in Business Administration or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related disciplines). * Prior experience in technical sales or application engineering, preferably in the solar energy sector. * Solid knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy systems. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) * Technical and practical knowledge of **Commercial Processes** – **ADVANCED**. * Technical and practical knowledge of **CRM**, especially **Salesforce** – **INTERMEDIATE**. * **Excel**: Pivot Tables and Formulas – **INTERMEDIATE**. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Technical Analysis and Proposal Development * **Business Opportunity Analysis** using electricity bills and/or technical data to identify the best Enerzee product(s). * **Perform technical and commercial feasibility simulations and calculations**. * Develop indicative technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer and/or consultant needs. * Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals according to premises provided by engineering (post-technical feasibility). * **Prepare simplified financial feasibility studies** (e.g., ROI, Payback). * Ensure all proposals comply with company policies and guidelines. 2\. Commercial Management, Targets, and Reporting * **Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly proposal targets**. * **Close monthly sales**. * **Process and record commissions** for consultants (via virtual office). * Submit weekly and monthly operational performance reports for your product(s) to the Sales Directorate. * Analyze market and sales performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities. * Prepare commercial activity and results reports, providing insights for management teams. 3\. Customer and Consultant Support (Focal Point) * Serve as the **primary contact for technical or commercial inquiries** from customers and consultants. * Provide technical support to sales consultants during negotiation processes. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers, clarifying questions and delivering detailed information. * Conduct follow\-ups with customers and consultants to track administrative and commercial pending items. * **Participate in customer negotiations**. * Guide the team on commercial strategies and internal processes. 4\. Process Optimization * **Enter and update commercial data in Salesforce CRM**. * Manage contracts and monitor the sales cycle. * Identify opportunities to improve sales processes. * Ensure commercial practices align with company policies and guidelines. * Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and solar energy sector regulations.
