Technical relationship with customers and identification of improvements We are recruiting for Agrosoft, a company specialized in technology solutions for agribusiness, located in Erechim, focused on developing software and digital tools for agricultural management. **Main Responsibilities** * Align project objectives with the customer's critical success factors, considering operational needs, internal processes, and business guidelines; * Collaborate with the customer to define the final implementation vision, establishing scope, deliverables, and expectations for each project phase; * Execute software implementation according to the established plan, respecting each customer's operational processes and specificities; * Configure, validate, and monitor system usage, ensuring data quality and supporting decision-making; * Conduct technical training and user capacity building, promoting correct use of functionalities and improved operational performance; * Monitor system data and information, verifying alignment with the project’s original objective and consistency of implemented processes; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer processes, proposing adjustments and enhancements to solution utilization; * Maintain technical relationships with active customers, presenting new features and encouraging optimal system utilization; * Ensure timely updates of visit records, technical reports, schedules, expenses, and implementation documentation. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in technical support, system implementation, or ERP system maintenance; * Experience in software implementation processes and consultative customer service; * Availability for frequent travel; * Driver's license category B; * Knowledge of administrative, financial, or operational processes applied to agribusiness is desirable. **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or technology-related fields.
