Job Summary: Organize and guide team members in construction execution, ensuring schedule adherence, cost control, quality, and safety through task and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of tools and equipment Organize and guide team members under direct supervision across various construction execution tasks to ensure project development within schedule, cost, quality, and safety parameters. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks: 1\- Guide on-site team members' activities; 2\- Control productive standards on site, including quality inspection of services and materials used, in accordance with the quality management system; 3\- Instruct general helpers or laborers on optimal work methods to avoid waste; 4\- Assign tasks to team members considering individual specifications to maximize productivity during construction execution; 5\- Arrange cleaning, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of small-sized tools and equipment as needed, ensuring normal workflow and productivity.
