Participate in project planning and execution with technical solutions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:20 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Cooperative member * Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. * Manage the workforce, promoting a collaborative and productive environment. * Control materials and supplies, ensuring availability and proper use of resources. * Prepare construction progress reports and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Conduct periodic team meetings to align activities and resolve issues. * Interact with suppliers and service providers, ensuring the quality of contracted products and services. * Participate in project planning and execution, contributing technical and operational solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Knowledge of construction management and project monitoring; * Leadership and people management skills; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and relevant legislation; * Planning and organizational capabilities; * Proficiency in project management and budgeting tools; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license (AB).
