Control inspection standards for inputs used on site, as well as their planning, storage, and distribution; 3\. Instruct and monitor employees on the best way to store materials to avoid waste; 4\. Plan, guide distribution, and monitor materials across floors, considering specifications for each item and customer changes to achieve optimal performance in on-site service execution; 5\. Monitor material consumption, validate quantities, and provide information to supervisors; 6\. Monitor material inventories (minimum stock, maximum stock, lead time); 7\. Monitor material and equipment loans between Plaenge Group construction sites; 8\. Arrange cleaning, repair, and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and tools when necessary, ensuring normal operations and work efficiency; 9\. Guide employees to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; 10\. Train, develop, and monitor employee performance; 11\.
