Job Summary: Lead the receipt, storage, distribution, and control of materials and equipment at construction sites, ensuring operational logistics and planning. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in materials and equipment management on construction sites 2. Logistical planning and field monitoring 3. Inventory control and internal material movement **Responsibilities:** * Lead the receipt, inspection, temporary storage, and distribution of materials and equipment at the construction site; * Ensure, together with the Logistics Supervisor, that required materials are available according to daily and weekly activity plans; * Manage on-site inventory, recording material receipts, issues, losses, and surpluses; * Plan and monitor logistics for transporting materials, tools, teams, and equipment to work fronts; * Supervise Loaders and Unloaders, overseeing loading, unloading, and internal movements while safeguarding material integrity; * Support the Field Supervisor in operational planning. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in construction site logistics, yard operations, or field operations; * Knowledge of construction inventory control and material transportation; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and experience operating vehicles; * Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gym membership partnerships * Life insurance * Educational institution partnerships Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.254,14 - R$3.389,10 per month Work location: On-site
