Job Summary: Responsible for field-based occupational safety activities on solar energy construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, with emphasis on prevention and a preventive safety culture. Interface with teams, engineering, and implementation in critical projects Responsible for direct field operations, monitoring solar power plant installation works, assembly fronts, electromechanical installations, operational teams, and third-party companies, ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, internal procedures, and applicable legislation. Operates on-site and operationally alongside teams, ensuring safe working conditions, risk analysis, proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), authorization of critical tasks, and continuous guidance to employees. Also provides technical support to Engineering, Implementation, and Operations departments during project execution monitoring, site organization, signage, material handling, and compliance with legal safety requirements.
