Every day brings new opportunities—and you can be part of them. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise industrial process activities by implementing production, maintenance, and customer service programs, ensuring operational results meet required time, quality, and safety standards; * Carry out responsibilities in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals; * Supervise mortar plant operations, monitoring technical performance metrics as well as team productivity; * Maximize the unit’s productive capacity while meeting required quality, cost, and deadline standards; * Identify improvement opportunities in processes, projects, work methods, and other areas to ensure achievement of quality and productivity targets; * Supervise third-party activities, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, required quality and safety standards, and internal policies and procedures; * Guarantee availability of necessary materials to maintain production line flow and meet commercial deadlines and demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Manufacturing Operational Procedures; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance; * Familiarity with integrated systems; * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
