Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards Mechanical Workshop Supervisor \- Cuiabá Responsibilities: • Organize and supervise the workshop routine, ensuring execution of corrective and preventive maintenance for the fleet. • Monitor mechanical, electrical, tire, lubrication, and vehicle cleaning services. • Control deadlines, costs, parts, supplies, and vehicle availability for operations. • Coordinate the workshop team, promoting safety, use of PPEs, discipline, and team development. • Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and company quality standards. • Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and support management in achieving area results. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. • Willingness to travel.
