Job Summary: Responsible for freight routing, planning of pickups and deliveries, and monitoring shipment status to ensure logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ethical and respectful work environment We are seeking a Logistics Assistant responsible for routing freight destined for Cuiabá, Várzea Grande, and surrounding regions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare cargo manifests via system. * Plan and prepare pickup and delivery routes according to established routes. * Assign vehicles to morning and afternoon shifts. * Monitor status reports and deadlines for stored freight. * Track reports of unlocated and unloaded scheduled shipments. * Separate routing documents for verification and loading. * Schedule connections and returns from CGB for deliveries. * Comply with company policies, standards, SOPs, and values. * Safeguard resources, support colleagues, and share knowledge. * Perform related tasks as required by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Technical High School Diploma, preferably in Logistics or related field **Professional Experience** * Prior experience in this role **Specific Knowledge** * Microsoft Office \- Intermediate * People Management \- Basic * Customer Service \- Intermediate * Cargo Handling and Storage \- Intermediate **Additional Information** Food basket PPR\- Profit Sharing Program Career and Compensation Plan SEST SENAT agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off On-site meals Meal allowance Gas allowance Health insurance (Unimed, 50% covered) **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
