Job Summary: We are seeking a Helper to assist with loading and unloading goods, organizing the distribution center (DC), and supporting drivers during pickups and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods alongside trucks and organize the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally shipped goods by delivering them to respective departments and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from branches, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC platforms and maintain clean and organized areas and truck bodies. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification** * Completed elementary education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food basket PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and salary plan SEST SENAT agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off On-site meals Meal allowance Gas allowance Health insurance (Unimed – 50% company-paid) **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
