Apply to this opportunity and become part of the Houer Group—a group passionate about innovation and impact-driven projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Coordinate Field Technical Teams, Administrative Teams, and Engineering and Consulting Teams; * Prepare reports and technical opinions; * Develop schedules and planning documents; * Client relationship management; * Monitor contractual technical and administrative activities; * Prepare and monitor measurement processes; * Monitor highway construction projects; * Internal contract management; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of experience. * MBA in Construction Management. * Proficiency in MS\-Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
