Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Assistant to support cargo loading and unloading, warehouse organization, and general logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist drivers in cargo pickup and delivery 2. Perform loading and unloading, organization, and labeling of goods 3. Support warehouse organization and maintain clean work areas We are looking for a responsible Assistant to handle cargo loading and unloading onto trucks and warehouse organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during direct customer pickups. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to responsible parties and recording system adjustments. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support goods organization across warehouse platforms and maintain clean, orderly workspaces and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification** * Completed Elementary Education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food Basket PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and Salary Plan SEST SENAT Benefits Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
