Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and agile Kitchen Assistant to help with food preparation and presentation while maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations We are looking for a committed, agile Kitchen Assistant who values quality in food preparation and presentation. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (tapioca, portions, quick meals, etc.); * Maintain kitchen and utensil organization and cleanliness; * Restock service stations as needed; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations; * Support the chef and team whenever necessary; * Ensure smooth operations while adhering to company standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Prior experience in industrial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or buffets; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Agility, organization, and proactivity; * Availability to work rotating shifts and different schedules.
