Ensure service quality and operational safety **About the Position** Energette Construction Company is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** with solid experience in building maintenance and technical capability to perform maintenance across multiple specialties, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in serviced units. **Standard Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Lunch break:** 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM **Overtime** * Permitted Monday to Friday until **10:00 PM**; * Possible on **weekends and holidays**, subject to request and approval. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance (VA):** BRL 496.58 * **Transportation Allowance (VT):** Based on employee’s commuting route * **Hazard Pay (30%):** BRL 1.137,20 * **Attendance Bonus:** BRL 164.16 **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in this role; * Valid **NR10 certification**; * Proven experience in **building maintenance**; * Solid knowledge in: * **Civil work** * **Electrical systems** * **Hydraulic systems** * **Masonry** * **Painting** * Strict compliance with safety regulations and supervisory instructions. **Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance services; * Provide services in civil, electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and painting work; * Ensure service quality and operational safety; * Maintain workplace organization and safeguard equipment; * Support general team activities as required. **How to Apply** Send your resume via Indeed or directly via WhatsApp: (**43) 9979-0884**.
