Building and equipment maintenance 2. Swimming pool cleaning and tool organization 3. Gas and water monitoring and contractor supervision Perform hotel building maintenance according to operational demands, always prioritizing urgent tasks with ethics and dedication, thereby providing customers with a comfortable and harmonious environment. * Clean the swimming pool; * Keep the tool room and pool support room organized, as well as maintain a list of maintenance materials; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment; * Monitor maintenance requirements across all hotel areas via the system and execute them daily; * Inspect generators, heaters, and pumps to ensure proper operation; * Supervise service contractors in the area; * Monitor gas and water usage; * Maintain care over departmental tools and equipment; * Contribute to workplace cleanliness and organization; * Support optimization of departmental supplies and resources; * Attend meetings and training sessions as required; * Perform other duties related to this position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
