The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, resolving operational issues, and coordinating the team to ensure products are manufactured according to established standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in leadership roles; * Availability to work the **2nd shift**: **Monday to Friday:** 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, **and Saturday:** 9:15 AM to 1:15 PM\. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule production, adjusting schedules as needed to meet demand and priorities; * Monitor production line performance, identifying and resolving issues to reduce downtime; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback, encouraging team development and ensuring high productivity; * Ensure products comply with all quality standards and safety requirements; * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement actions that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
