Job Summary:
Responsible for performing operations and activities related to raw material mixing and compound preparation via automated systems, aiming to meet production demands.

Responsible for performing operations and activities related to raw material mixing and the entire compound preparation process through an automated system, aimed at meeting product production demands.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute PVC compound mixing and granulation programming according to the compound and automatic mixing production plan in the AZO System, as well as storing these compounds in appropriate silos;
* Contribute to environmental improvement and preservation by segregating waste and complying with applicable legal environmental regulations and company responsibilities;
* Adhere to general and specific safety standards while performing duties, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the workplace;
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including cleaning the area, machines, equipment, and peripherals, and collecting production waste and garbage;
* Execute specific procedures for final compound preparation to ensure raw material conformity and adequate supply to the production sector, focusing on meeting the production plan and product quality;
* Perform grinding of materials originating from production areas or third parties, carrying out prior segregation to enable 100% recycling of received thermoplastic materials;
* Monitor and control raw material inventory to maintain minimum safety stock levels and achieve established volume targets for materials under preparation;
* Monitor the compound distribution system to machines according to product technical specifications;
* Prepare and operate extruder/granulator machines and peripherals;
* Print raw material balance reports from the AZO System for subsequent entry into the ERP system;
* Prioritize reuse of materials in their original colors, adhering to established regulatory limits;
* Notify machine operators upon compound change and/or any known compound modification; record, stamp, and forward to the Quality Department to update the record;
* Keep the compound self-management board updated based on factory requirements;
* Practice and promote the Code of Conduct by applying its principles;
* Control, organize, and handle raw materials and compounds using forklifts and/or electric hoists as required, complying with internal safety regulations and other relevant internal procedures. Perform other related and inherent duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education.
