Job Summary: GTOP is seeking a Bakery Assistant to support the preparation of bread, savory snacks, and doughs by handling ingredients and maintaining departmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support the production of various bakery-related products by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
