This is the right challenge for you!!! \#vemserilpea **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. **Team Management:** Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring all members are adequately trained and motivated. 2\. **Planning and Scheduling:** Plan and schedule production activities to ensure deadlines are met and production goals are achieved. 3\. **Quality Control:** Monitor production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards. 4\. **Resource Management:** Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and labor required for production, and manage inventory. 5\. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and guarantee a safe working environment. 6\. **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues arising during the production process, minimizing disruptions and waste. 7\. **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare production reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to production processes. 8\. **Continuous Improvement:** Implement continuous improvement practices, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 9\. **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with other departments—such as maintenance, engineering, and management—to ensure proper coordination of production activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience supervising a production line, preferably in the automotive sector; * Knowledge of production management techniques, continuous improvement, and problem-solving; * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Familiarity with industrial safety standards; * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; * Availability for shift coverage. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meals provided in the company cafeteria; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan (after probation); * Attendance Bonus (R$ 400.00\); * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance (after probation); * Dental Insurance (after probation); * Education Benefit Program (Unisociesc) We believe in our experience, the quality of our products, and our capacity for innovation.
