Job Summary: Professional to provide technical and commercial support in proposal development, requirement gathering, and information organization, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and international departments. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering Provide technical and commercial support for departmental demands, contributing to proposal development, requirement gathering, and strategic information organization. The professional will interface with customers, suppliers, and international departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, finance), supporting the commercial team in developing solutions aligned with market needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support reading and interpretation of technical documentation, layouts, and flowcharts; * Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals; * Support gathering technical requirements from customers; * Organize and complete cost spreadsheets and project control sheets; * Interface with suppliers and internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance); * Support the commercial team in collecting and organizing data; * Monitor proposal status, deadlines, and follow-ups; * Contribute to organizing, standardizing, and improving commercial processes. **Required Qualification:** * Technical degree in **Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering** (completed or in progress). **Required Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation; * Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; * Organizational skills for managing proposals and deadlines; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile; * Ability to work effectively in teams and multidisciplinary environments; * Capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; * Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and partners; * Willingness and ability to learn new routines; * Preferred: Familiarity with KUKA robots, KUKA.sim, or simulation/layout software.
