Main Responsibilities: Create and modify codes in the ERP system; Update manufacturing routings, including weight, time, and product technical specifications; Develop new product projects and support R&D Engineering requirements; Implement improvements in existing product line projects; Conduct research and innovation activities as required by external needs and market trends. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (views, dimensions, dimension verification, sections/cuts, welding, use of calipers and tape measures); Experience with SolidWorks; Knowledge of manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, painting, assembly); Experience in Product Design or R&D projects. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the company's products; Experience with ERP systems; Knowledge of project structure and material processing; Understanding of key machine components (motors, screws, nuts, washers); Basic electrical knowledge (motors).
