Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing product development processes, task monitoring, and daily production scheduling, including outsourced services. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of product development processes 2. Production scheduling and daily production monitoring 3. Technical communication with suppliers and management of outsourced services - Responsible for planning and executing the processes (schedule) required for the company's product development/construction (molds and accessories), and monitoring the correct flow of planned tasks to meet committed delivery dates with customers; - Carry out production scheduling and monitor daily production according to the Process Plan; - Schedule and monitor the execution of outsourced parts/services, maintaining technical communication with suppliers to ensure continuous production flow; - Issue progress schedules for upcoming tasks. **Requirements:** * Fluent English conversation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$5,000.00 - R$7,000.00 per month
