Our focus is building and evolving solutions that structure the development journey—making it simpler, clearer, and standardized for all RD developers. **Key Responsibilities** ----------------------- * Implement improvements to Developer Experience tools and workflows used by multiple teams. * Contribute to building and evolving clear, simple, and adoptable Golden Paths for development. * Reduce recurring friction points in the development journey, improving the technical experience. * Produce technical documentation to facilitate onboarding and correct platform usage. * Progressively grow in technical autonomy and responsibility for shared solutions. **Profile We’re Looking For** ----------------------- * Prior experience as a software developer (mid-level or equivalent) on Developer Experience, platform, or enabler teams. * Solid software development foundation, with interest in working within a platform or Developer Experience context. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation of development workflows. * Skill in technical documentation and workflow standardization. * Familiarity with Developer Experience platforms and internal catalogs (e.g., Backstage or similar). **Nice-to-Have** ----------------------------------- * Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, CircleCI, Spinnaker, or similar. * Knowledge of rollout, release, and progressive delivery practices. * Experience with quality and continuous feedback tools (e.g., Qlty, BrowserStack, Statsig). * Experience building and evolving Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). * Practice with Golden Paths, self-service capabilities, and workflow standardization.
