Job Summary: This role involves maintaining organization, cleanliness, stock, and product preparation, alongside direct customer service and participation in team development. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the mentoring program and training sessions Job Description: * Keep the kitchen area and dining tables organized and clean, as well as utensils and equipment in the department; * Maintain beverages properly refrigerated in stock, replenishing as needed; * Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; * Ensure adequate quantities of kitchen supplies are maintained; * Prepare mise\-en\-place for both kitchen and dining areas; * Greet customers, provide service, present the menu, and make sales; * Restock items on the counter immediately after each product sale; * Prepare and deliver products requested by customers (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Remove daily any deteriorated, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are labeled correctly (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Participate in store inventory counts; * Notify department leadership regarding the need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and/or management; * Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, teaching, and transferring company activities and standards to new employees.
