JDUnit is a company specialized in automated software testing solutions. Focused on quality and efficiency, it provides tools that facilitate application development and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement occupational safety and health programs in accordance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose corrective and preventive measures. Deliver mandatory training sessions (e.g., CIPA, specific NRs) and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS). Investigate work-related accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on actions. Manage the issuance and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Serve as a safety advisor on the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Prepare and maintain mandatory occupational safety and health documentation (PPP, CAT, LTCAT, where applicable). Promote a safety culture within the company through campaigns and communications.
