Job Summary: This professional will negotiate favorable purchasing terms, manage orders, analyze indicators, and plan inventory for various scenarios, as well as participate in the approval and submission of new registrations. Order tracking and registration management Negotiate favorable conditions (price, payment, logistics). • Maintain updated and organized purchase schedules by manufacturer / purchasing group; • Generate purchase orders; • Request quotations; • Collect industry/supplier price lists; • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (sales, margin, stockouts, overstocks, coverage); • Track and evaluate campaign/action results; • Plan inventory for campaigns/actions/flyers; new store openings; year-end; pre\-peak season; • Shelf-facing and averageP – coordinate with inventory management team; • Track pending orders; • Monitor lead time; • Participate in committees for new registration approvals; • Submit new product registrations, adhering to registration form requirements; **Salary:** To be negotiated **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** Avenida Brasília, 652, São Benedito \- Santa Luzia.
