Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WMS/LMS systems, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI). * Proven experience in people and operational team management, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity. * Experience managing direct and indirect teams, acting as a disseminator of our cultural principles and maintaining close contact with all team levels. * Availability to work onsite in Itupeva - SP.
